MEISHUO ESD foam

1. Difference between anti-static ESD foam and conductive ESD foam IXPE conductive / anti-static foam: the product is extruded polyethylene or modified polyethylene and conductive filler and antistatic agent. After radiation crosslinking and high temperature foaming, conductive / anti-static foam plastics are made. Its surface resistance and volume resistance are

Working Principle of foil insulation foam

The Heat is an energy, transmits in three ways, conduction, convection, radiation. Through the high temperature to low temperature transfer, and ultimately achieve the dynamic balance of average temperature. Conduction: Air is a poor conductor of heat conduction. The air layer is the best material of anti-heat conductive Such as snow

What is thermal conductivity?

What is thermal conductivity? Thermal conductivity refers to the ability of a given material to conduct/transfer heat. It is generally denoted by the symbol ‘k’ but can also be denoted by ‘λ’ and ‘κ’. The reciprocal of this quantity is known as thermal resistivity. Materials with high thermal conductivity are used in

How does insulation work?

(The control of heat flow.) Thermal insulation is designed to restrict and resist heat transfer via three mechanisms. 1)ConductionConduction is how heat moves along or through a material by effectively being passed along from one molecule to another. It can take place in gases, liquids or solids. The ability of the material to conduct heat depends on the material Using a low conductivity gas in insulation rather than just air further helps to reduce conduction. 2) ConvectionConvection-only takes place in gases or liquids, it cannot happen in solids or in a vacuum. When the molecules that make up a gas or liquid heat up their density will change. Warmer air will become less dense and rise. Closed cell insulation with small cell sizes inhibits convection within the cell, making them less prone to affecting neighbor cells. 3) RadiationRadiation -is the method of heat transfer across space from one body to

Roof insulation

Thermal insulation foam (foam laminated aluminum foil) is professionally covered on the roof, which has significant thermal insulation (radiation protection) effect, leak prevention and sound insulation. Do not let the sun, ultraviolet rays and rain acid corrode the roof, so that your roof is not easy to age. The roof surface is silver. It also significantly reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning and reduces electricity expenses.Thermal insulation in winter: prevent indoor temperature leakage, and do not need (or not for a long time) to use an electric heater to achieve the effect of cold insulation. Bring energy conservation, low carbon and environmental protection to the social environment. Ten advantages of the product:1. Thermal insulation2. Prevent the roof from rusting and aging3. Water leakage prevention and loophole filling4. Fire protection of outer metal layer5. Sound insulation (reduce rain noise)6. Extend the service life by 5-10 years7. Energy saving 30%8. Shock pad for artificial turf system installation

Foam shock pad underlays are often used in artificial turf installation for a number of reasons. They provide a soft feel underfoot and help to cushion the impact of trips and falls. We don’t just supply the best artificial grass shoch pad! We also provide professional guidance. Installing shock pad is a fantastic way of transforming the rigid field, making it feel softer and safer for players. Meishuo shock pad is a kind of impact and drainage pad for the playground market that uses recycled cross-linked polyethylene foam to create a soft, yet stable playing surface. The shock pad underlay is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications with various size. The shock pad is manufactured using large pieces of foam that are bonded together by heat and compression, without the use of adhesives. The material itself does not degrade, break down, or lose its shock absorbing qualities over time — offering you a safe playground for the

XPE FOAM vs IXPE FOAM

The IXPE foam is cross linked by electron accelerator. XPE foam is called chemically cross-linked foam, which is cross-linked by adding a chemical cross-linking agent (DCP). The cross-linking effect plays a vital role in foam performance. Common points:1. Cushioning-it is a semi-rigid foam that does not lose its original performance after being strongly impacted. It is mostly used in precision instruments, semiconductor packaging and other fields. At the same time, it can also be used for sports protective equipment and sports protection products. The production field of leisure products.2. Formability-strong heat resistance, good ductility, uniform density, can realize deep parts such as vacuum forming and thermoforming, so it can be used for interior parts and shoes such as automobile air-conditioning evaporation cabinet, automobile hot-pressed ceiling, etc. Material aspects.3. Sound absorption-it has the function of sound absorption and noise reduction, suitable for sound absorption and sound insulation materials in the environment

What is XPE foam made of ? And its process?

XPE foam is a type of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam. As XPE foam has closed-cell structure which is so-called independent foaming, so Meishuo has this technic to produce it by following process: Step 1: Masterbatch Different raw material such as pe grains, foaming agent, color agent (expect for natural color), or fire retardant (if needed) mixed fine in proper percentage and heating in internal mixer. Step 2: Masterbatch sheet after extrusion After internal mixing, the masterbatch shall be extruded by single strew extruder to control the thickness and width as designed. Step 3: Foaming Masterbatch sheet in fine thickness after extrusion process, technics will foam it in set temperature in horizontal ovens. (Meishuo has 2 horizontal ovens up to Sept. 2021) Step 4: In-time testing Quality has to be tested in time before finished product is confirmed. Meishuo has a standard test instruction for workers and quality personnel. Each test result
