Foam type

Foam type

Foam material includes the following types:
√ Non-crosslinked foam & crosslinked foam,
If the polymer structure formed by the complex winding of the rope-like polymer is crosslinked, the molecules can be more closely linked.
Eventually, a network structure will be formed between the molecules, and the heat resistance and strength of the material will be improved.
Therefore, compared with non-crosslinked polyolefin, MEISHUO’s tough and soft crosslinked foam is highly evaluated.

√ Closed cell foam & open cell foam,
Closed cell foam has independent bubble structure, so it will not allow moisture to penetrate into the interior
The cells contain a lot of air, and there is very little convection inside the bubbles, so the thermal conductivity is low, and it can exert excellent heat insulation.

√ Polyolefin foam & PVC foam & Rubber,
Polyolefin is a type of plastic and is a general term for polymers (resins) synthesized using monomers (unit molecules) having a hydrocarbon double bond. It does not contain halogens such as fluorine and chlorine, so it will not produce highly toxic gas when burned.

√ Polyethylene foam & Polypropylene foam & EPE foam & EPP foam
The main resin of polyethylene foam is low density polyethylene.
The main resin of polypropylene foam is polypropylene.
