What is IXPE foam?
IXPE foam is cross linked by electron beam technology. The polyethylene is heated and foamed to 5 to 40 times to form a high-performance foam.
IXPE foam has a nearly 100% closed cell structure and it is light weight.
Various processes such as cutting, stamping, and pressure forming can be easily realized. It is widely used in various fields such as automotive interior materials, building base materials, air-conditioning insulation materials to pipeline materials, packaging/logistics industry, insulation industry, sports/daily goods, medical, etc.,
